The transfer protocol must be Xmodem or 1K Xmodem.
5. In the Filename field, type the path and filename, or click the Browse
button to locate and select the file to be downloaded onto the switch.
6. Click on the Protocol field and select as the transfer protocol either
Xmodem or, for a faster download, 1K XModem.
