Returning Products

Products for return or repair must first be assigned a Return Materials

Authorization (RMA) number. A product sent to Allied Telesyn without a

RMA number will be returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.

To obtain an RMA number, contact Allied Telesyn’s Technical Support at one

of the following locations:

FTP Server

If you know the name of a specific driver that you need for an Alied Telesyn

device, you can download the driver by connecting directly to our FTP server

ftp://gateway.centre.com

At login, enter ‘anonymous’. Enter your e-mail address for the password as

requested by the server at login.
